Nassau Community Band Florida

Thursday rehearsals are held weekly in the Yulee Middle School band room during the Nassau County school year. Downbeat is at 6:00 pm and rehearsal concludes at 7:30 pm. Chairs and music stands are provided. Interested musicians are welcome to sit in on a rehearsal. Band Librarians will issue a music folder once dues are paid and attendance at three rehearsals is documented.

Dues are $55 a semester or pay $110 for the year. Couples can join for 1/2 off, $165 per year.

To find the band room, enter the main gated entrance, turn left on the service road and park in the first lot on the right. The band room is located in the brick building with no windows. Follow your ears!

 

We usually arrive by 5:45 pm in order to get set up. We are grateful for the free use of the Yulee Middle School band room through the generosity and time commitment of their band director, Mr. Andy Shepard.
